What it does

  • Banks via open banking or CSV

    Almost any German bank connects via open banking (PSD2), read-only and synced daily. Banks without a direct connection run via CSV import right away.

  • Gmail, Microsoft 365 and IMAP

    Connect your mailbox so the agent can find invoices there, or forward single invoices to your own belege.ai address; they are filed and matched automatically.

  • Shopify, Stripe, PayPal, MOCO and others

    Payouts from Stripe, Mollie or Shopify are matched with their fees, PayPal runs as its own account, and MOCO can receive found supplier documents as expense drafts.

  • Lexware, sevDesk and DATEV export

    At month or year end everything goes to the bookkeeping: as a DATEV batch, directly to Lexware Office or sevDesk, or as a ZIP via a login-free link.

    Mailboxes and payment providers connect directly; portals without an API are covered by the browser agent.

    Matched receipts go to Lexware Office, sevDesk, DATEV or your accountant’s ZIP.

Do I have to leave Lexware or sevDesk?

No. belege.ai collects and matches the documents those tools are missing, then hands them over.

Can it move money?

No. It reads transactions. It does not make payments.

Is my bank supported?

Via open banking, almost any German bank connects directly, with a daily sync. Connections depend on country and provider; banks without a direct connection run via CSV import.

What if a provider has no API?

Then the browser agent signs in with your login and downloads the document. Two-factor is confirmed in Telegram, and your password is never asked for in the chat. The provider names on this page are examples.
