A fuel receipt or a restaurant bill that only exists on paper is photographed in the iPhone app. The image is read and matched. A meal approval can be given from the phone as well as from Telegram.

What it does
Photo of a paper receipt
The iOS document scanner straightens the receipt automatically, across several pages if needed. You can also pick a photo or a file, or share one from Mail or Files.
Read and matched to the transaction
Send it to the assistant and the agent reads the receipt and matches it to the right payment. Browse payments by month and filter to open receipts.
Meal approval from the phone
After a scan, the agent asks for guests and occasion and sends a card with a confirm button. That tap is the electronic approval, with no paper and no handwritten signature.
The same workspace as Telegram
The chat in the app is the same conversation as in Telegram: one conversation, two surfaces. Type, dictate or attach a photo, and follow what the agent is working on.
How it works

Scan the receipt
Right after the meal, open the scan tab, capture the receipt and send it to the assistant.

Name guests and occasion
The agent asks in the chat; one sentence, typed or dictated as a voice message, is enough.

Approve with one tap
Tap confirm on the card, and the finished meal receipt comes back as a PDF, matched to the card payment.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need the iPhone app for Telegram?
No. Telegram remains the daily surface. The app is there when you are holding the paper.
Where is the approval stored?
On the meal receipt, together with the time and the contents that were approved.
Do I have to photograph every receipt?
No. Digital invoices are fetched by the agent from your connected inbox and from portals with a login. The iPhone is for what happens on paper: a meal, taxi, parking or fuel receipt.
Where do I get the app?
In the App Store. It needs iOS 26 and also runs on iPad; you sign in with your belege.ai account, by passkey or email.
Do I get notifications on the iPhone?
If you use the app without a linked Telegram, yes: when the assistant has finished something or a question is open. With Telegram linked, the agent keeps writing there; the conversation is the same either way.
