What does belege.ai cost?
Every account starts free — no credit card. After that €39/month (Essential), €90/month (Professional) or €199/month (Advanced), billed by AI usage rather than per click. Cancel monthly. See all plans.
How much setup does it take?
Ready in about 2 minutes: connect Telegram, optionally an inbox or bank account — no bank switch, no software migration.
Do I have to switch my existing tool?
You keep your accounting tool: belege.ai complements Lexware Office, sevDesk and DATEV — found receipts aren't blindly double-pushed; you export DATEV-ready or via a login-free link to your accountant. It only replaces invoice-fetching tools like GetMyInvoices: the agent does the collecting and asks you only where it can't get a receipt on its own.
Is my bank supported?
Via open banking you connect almost any German bank directly – Sparkasse, Volksbank, ING, DKB, N26, Deutsche Bank, Revolut and many more – with a daily automatic sync. Banks without a direct connection still run via CSV import.
Do you scan Gmail continuously?
No. A connected Gmail inbox is not permanently scanned. The agent searches specifically for matching invoices when a receipt is missing for a concrete transaction. Alternatively, forward invoices to your belege.ai address.
What do you mean by bank data?
We mean transaction data: date, amount, counterparty, reference, CSV/API import. belege.ai needs no payment access and never triggers transfers.
What counts as one account?
Prices apply per belege.ai account or workspace, not per team member. Team members, roles and multiple companies are included from Professional; each company keeps its own receipts, bank accounts and exports.
Are uploaded photos returned as PDF?
Normal photo and PDF uploads are stored, read, matched and included in the export. Ready-made generated PDFs exist for meal receipts, travel expenses and self-receipts.
What happens to my data?
Servers in Germany, encrypted credentials, no training on your data. Processing GDPR-compliant under Art. 6.
Are the receipts tax-office-compliant?
Yes. Meal receipts with electronic approval per the BMF letter of 19 Nov 2025, audit-proof per GoBD, DATEV export. More on security.
