What it does

  • Open items sorted by amount

    Triage mode takes open transactions by amount, largest first. For each one you upload a document, postpone it, create a self-receipt or ignore it as not deductible.

  • A folder uploaded at once

    A folder of old PDFs and photos goes up in one go and is processed and matched in batches, which suits a year-end clean-up or getting started.

  • Full-text search over filed receipts

    Search by merchant, file name or invoice number, even inside the PDF text, and filter by source, status and type. Last year’s receipt is there right away.

  • The same documents the accountant export uses

    Receipt progress per month shows at a glance what is still open. The receipts you see here are the ones that go into the export for your accountant.

Can I upload receipts I already have?

Yes. PDF and photo uploads are stored, read and matched. They do not need to arrive by email.

Does search cover old months?

Yes. Filed receipts stay searchable, which is the point when a question arrives a year later.

What can I do with an item that has no receipt?

In triage you can upload the document, postpone the item, create a self-receipt (Eigenbeleg) or ignore it as not deductible.

How do I know a month is complete?

Receipt progress per month shows what is still open, so a gap shows up during the year rather than when the tax return is due.
