What the agent takes over

  • Recurring SaaS and cloud invoices

    Charges from software tools and payment providers are matched to the exact bank transaction, even when the amount or the date does not line up one to one.

  • Portals fetched by the browser agent

    It signs in at providers such as Telekom, Canva, OpenAI or Twilio and downloads the invoice. You store the login once, can watch live, and confirm two-factor with a tap in Telegram.

  • MOCO in both directions

    When a client pays, often months later, the agent finds the outgoing invoice in MOCO by number, client, amount or date and files the PDF. Approved meal receipts go into MOCO.

  • Travel and meals from the same month

    Ride and rail receipts for client trips, from Uber or Deutsche Bahn for example, are collected for travel expenses; a client meal becomes a meal receipt, approved with one tap.

We use dozens of SaaS tools. Do I have to connect each one?

No. The agent starts from your bank transactions: it spots the charge and searches for the receipt in the inbox or the provider portal. Logins are only needed where invoices sit behind one.

Does this work alongside Lexware Office or sevDesk?

Yes. belege.ai complements existing tools: transactions can come from Lexware Office, for example, and found receipts go to your accountant as a DATEV-ready monthly package.

Does the agent read our inbox all the time?

By default once a day: AI reviews new emails with PDF attachments and imports invoices, receipts and credit notes. Each mailbox can be limited to targeted searches for open transactions.
