FeaturesBrowser agent

It logs in and downloads the invoice

Store the portal login once. The agent opens the supplier site, signs in, and downloads the invoice for the transaction that is missing a receipt. You can watch the run. A two-factor code is requested in Telegram, not by turning two-factor off.

From supplier portals

If the invoice sits behind a login, the browser agent signs in and downloads it. You confirm the second factor with one tap.

What it does

  • One stored login per portal

Passwords never go into the Telegram chat. You store the login once through a protected form or browser session, and the agent uses it encrypted from then on.

  • The invoice for a specific transaction

When a transaction lacks its invoice, the agent signs in at the provider, such as the Telekom business portal, Canva, OpenAI or Uber, and downloads it. There is no fixed portal list.

  • Two-factor confirmation in Telegram

Codes sent by email are read from the connected inbox; for SMS or app confirmation, one tap in Telegram. The session stays open, so this is rarely needed.

  • You can watch the browser run

The browser session dashboard shows in real time what the agent is doing, with the running sessions and the full history of earlier runs.

How it works

  1. 1

    Store the login once

Through a protected form or browser session, never as a chat message.

  2. 2

    The agent signs in

When a transaction lacks its invoice, it opens the portal, signs in and downloads the document.

  3. 3

    Filed and matched

The invoice is attached to the transaction, and you can follow the run live.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to disable two-factor authentication?

No. The agent asks you for the code, or reads it from a connected inbox, and continues.

Where does the browser run?

On the hosted agent, or on your Mac through the Mac app when the portal expects your own machine.

Does it sign in again on every run?

No. It signs in once when you connect a portal and keeps using that session for days or weeks, until the portal logs it out. Two-factor happens once, not on every run.

What about CAPTCHAs?

belege.ai deliberately does not use CAPTCHA-solving services. They rarely appear on German finance and accounting portals; if one does, it comes to you through the same Telegram question.
