What it does

  • Your own name@belege.ai address

    Choose your alias, for example max@belege.ai, and forward from any mail program in seconds, just like sending a photo to the Telegram chat.

  • Attachment, link or the email itself

    A PDF attachment, a download link in the text, or an invoice written into the email itself, as Stripe, Apple or SaaS tools send them: the agent handles all three.

  • Unknown senders confirmed in one tap

    If an external sender writes to your address, the agent waits for you: approve, reject or trust the sender with one tap in Telegram. Mail is DKIM-checked against spoofing.

  • Matched to the open transaction

    The file is read, filed and automatically matched to the right bank transaction. If the booking has not arrived yet, the receipt is matched as soon as it does.

Frequently asked questions

Can someone else forward an invoice?

Yes. When an external sender writes to your address, you decide in Telegram: approve that email, reject it, or trust the sender from then on.

Which files are accepted?

The usual invoice files: PDF and photos of paper receipts. A download link in the email or an invoice written into the email text works too.

Does the agent reply to suppliers on its own?

No. If it needs to write back to a supplier, you see the reply in Telegram before it is sent and approve it with one tap.

Do I also have to connect my mailbox?

No. Forwarding works on its own. A connected mailbox adds the daily check for new invoices and a targeted search when a transaction is missing its receipt.
