What the agent takes over

  • Paper receipts photographed on site

    Photograph the slip and send it to the Telegram chat, one at a time or as a batch. The agent reads amount, date and merchant and files the receipt.

  • Supplier invoices from email and portals

    Invoices from wholesalers and waste-disposal firms that arrive by email are recognized automatically. If one sits behind a portal login, the browser agent fetches it.

  • Fuel, materials and leasing

    Fuel and material slips are matched to the exact payment. Leasing instalments, SOKA-BAU and insurance contributions are recognized as needing no receipt and, once learned, ticked off automatically.

  • Matched before the month is closed

    Via open banking the agent sees the payment and matches the slip to it, even days later. If an original is lost, it creates a self-receipt (Eigenbeleg) with all required details.

Frequently asked questions

What if the slip has no VAT line?

It is still stored and matched. Where a proper invoice is required, the agent asks the supplier rather than inventing one.

Can several people send receipts?

Yes. The workspace is shared. Each person can photograph a receipt from their phone.

We have lots of paper receipts. How do they get in?

As photos in Telegram, one at a time or as a batch. Whole folders can also be uploaded at once; the agent sorts and matches them.

Do I need to sit at a PC for this?

No. Daily use runs entirely in the Telegram chat on your phone; the web interface is only for settings and the overview.

What about receipts that got lost?

That is what the self-receipt (Eigenbeleg) is for: the agent creates it with all required details, so the expense is not left without a document.
